This Privacy Policy explains how Naros (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, product, integrations, or related services.

1. Who we are

Naros is the trading name of Jose Juan Sanchez Martin, operating as a registered sole trader in Spain.

Naros is a B2B marketing operations and message intelligence platform that helps companies plan, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn advertising and CRM-connected campaign workflows.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and contact information, such as name, company name, business email, role, and communication details.
  • Website and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and product usage events.
  • Marketing and advertising data, including campaign names, ad creative metadata, campaign performance metrics, audience or account-level campaign information, and conversion-related data.
  • CRM and business data, where authorized by the customer, including lead status, lifecycle stage, opportunity information, and campaign attribution data.
  • LinkedIn advertising and marketing data, where a customer or authorized user connects a LinkedIn account or grants access through LinkedIn’s approved authorization process.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services.
  • Connect campaign messaging, advertising data, CRM data, and performance outcomes.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and message effectiveness.
  • Generate campaign insights, reports, recommendations, and operational workflows.
  • Provide customer support and communicate with users.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. LinkedIn data

When our product integrates with LinkedIn, we only access LinkedIn data where access has been authorized by the relevant customer or user through LinkedIn’s approved authorization and API processes.

Depending on the permissions granted and the approved LinkedIn API access, this may include campaign structure, ad creative metadata, performance reporting, lead generation form data, conversion data, and related advertising account information.

We do not use LinkedIn APIs to scrape data, harvest profiles, automate unauthorized member activity, send spam, or access LinkedIn data without proper authorization.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable under data protection laws, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract.
  • Legitimate interests in operating and improving our B2B services.
  • Consent, where required.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate our product, infrastructure, analytics, security, communications, and customer support.
  • Integration partners where the customer has authorized the connection.
